Concrete Batching Plant Used in Pole Production Line

One of our HZS50 is being delivered to Algeria for a concrete pole production plant.
We designed this plant as two production lines so one concrete distributing trolley is needed to pour concrete into two concrete pumps standing underneath in parallel.
To meet the massive production demand, we adopted one 200T bolted type cement silo and enlarged the aggregate batcher with thickened steel plates.
The control system is also altered in order to operate the whole plant together with the distributing trolley, hence the trolley’s discharge door opening/closing can be operated from the central controlling panel.
Finished concrete pole products will be used as infrastructure facilities in Algeria.
