Our foundation-free concrete mixing plants are among the best sellers in recent years as more and more clients pursue fast-assembling due to many reasons, urgent production period, frequent site-transfer, simple operation, etc.

The one we’ve been dispatching out in this early June has the configuration as follows:

One set of JS2000 twin-shaft concrete mixer with 4m discharge height;

One set of inclined belt conveyor and waiting hopper;

One set of 4 bins aggregate batcher with lifted head belt conveyor, storage volume: 4x18m3;

One set of foundation free steel base;

One set of separate weighing system for water, cement and additive;

One set of pneumatic system including screw type air compressor;

One unit of fully automatic control system with computer, printer and control room;

Two sets of 150t bolted cement silo and LSY273 screw conveyor;

In addition to the above, we sent the user a full set of one year spare parts along with the machines.
